Feng Shui
Feng Shui is another sequel from Chito RoΓ±o's 2004-hit with the same title, launching Kris Aquino as the Queen of Philippine Horror Movies. Now with Coco Martin, Joy, played by Aquino, tries to fight the curse of the bagua, a Chinese lucky charm that she had ten years ago that brought her great wealth and opportunities but in turn, gets people's lives, together with Lester, Martin's character.
It's more of a bloody than a scary movie--from all those stabbing, shooting, punching, etc. Frankly, it's attempt to scare people wasn't effective--I don't know if the people are just overacting, but personally, I find the scenes funny [or I found people shouting at it funny]. From the sudden presence of those ghosts and all, the attempt of easing the pressure inside the cinema through unexpected gestures by the characters [when Joonee Gamboa's character slaps Doug, played by Ian Veneracion--epic], it is plain funny.
It also tries to puzzle minds of the viewers and reveal some in the end, just like what happened to Lester. It was an effective additive for excitement--moviegoers try to answer what happens next. But it wasn't specified in the end if they have ended the curse of the bagwa. Does this mean there will be another movie for it?
It's action part was so revealing, that even I was shock. Never underestimate one's capacity--Kris Aquino can actually do heavy movements, such as running to escape enemies. And what would you expect from Martin? Brilliant, indeed.
It's hard to compare which one is scarier and more effective, its predecessor or this one since I haven't seen the 2004 hit, but good thing, Chito RoΓ±o has placed a small background of the bagwa in the present movie, which gives youngsters a chance to know what that bagwa really is. What I know is that, it was plain funny and wasn't able to deliver its viewers' expectations. It is not so remarkable too. I saw the movie just yesterday, but I don't remember some parts anymore.
Is it just me who finds horror movies funny?
The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin
Here's an attempt for a short movie review.
The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin is one of the eight movies in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival and is a sequel to the 2011 smash hit The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin. This movie stars Vice Ganda as Praybeyt Benjamin himself together with Richard Yap, Bimby Aquino-Yap, Alex Gonzaga, and Tom Rodriguez. Directed by Wenn Deramas, this movie is leading the race in terms of box office.
This time around, Benjamin is not just a modern national hero but is recognized as a worldwide national hero. But because of all the successes, he becomes arrogant and proud, without looking back and acknowledging the people who helped him reach his current status. To be able to save the Philippines from the explosion of three bombs plotted in different areas as ordered by Janjaranjan, played by Tom Rodriguez, Benjamin has to convice Bimbee, played by Bimby Aquino-Yap, to tell him where the locations of the bombs are, for only this kid knows where they are plotted.
This might be a typical story of family, fight, and forgiveness, but what sets this apart from others is its boldness. Just like the 39th MMFF highest grossing film Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy, this movie is so straightforward--they say that it's really just a movie--which is something so strange for a movie, admitting its own shortcomings or its own purpose.
It also made fun of different trends nowadays--from Plants Vs. Zombies to Princess Sarah to promoting-your-own-singles [Boom Panes and Push Mo 'Yan Te] scenes [weird method of defusing a bomb, really]. This film has proven that this is an effective way to invite and cater teenagers and young adults to watch the movie. By that, we can boldly say that films are produced not for showcasing how talented and brilliant-minded people of today are / documentation and quality purposes but to earn money and cater certain audiences.
Frankly, it was an unwitty film but with an insulting [but Filipinos, for sure, find it funny, really] script and good delivery of punchlines, making fun of other's and oneself's flaws and weaknesses. Some characters were also very revealing, just like General Chua played by Richard Yap. Indeed, he did everything here that he wasn't able to showcase on his daytime program, Be Careful with My Heart.
But can we blame the Filipinos? Most of us want to smile this season, so we look for a film that we think can cater our needs. And look, it's another Vice Ganda movie--the cycle just repeats, people not being open for something new and fresh.

These are the things I made drama about last night / morning, technically, to a friend.
I dreamt of taking this course, but because my weakness on debates and arguments has been tested and proven, I'm having second thoughts, but I'm not yet closing the doors.
C. Masakit, mapait, at mahapding madapa ngunit napaka-fulfilling bumangon at makita ang sarili mong nag-i-improve just for the better.
D. Magpasalamat sa kahit anong biyayang binigay. Tatanggi ka pa ba?

122514 - Mega Christmas
I've been so bored staying at home for the rest of my vacation, so I decided to go out on a Christmas day, and my mom allowed me, for me to see the fruits of my napamaskuhan from people.
When I went off the tricycle, I gave the driver a fifty-peso bill, and he returned 39PHP. I was like, Oh this is lacking, but in reality, it wasn't. See, my Math is on vacation mode too.
When the bus was on SM North EDSA already, I got up the seat and went nearer to the door, because I'm going down the bus at MRT North Avenue Station. But before that, I almost tripped. Crazy. Tipsy Moments, but I srsly wasn't. Thanks for keeping me happy, Myra.
I headed to 3rd floor, SM Megamall, and was amazed that a lot of people are also out on a Christmas day. And the line for tickets is just SO LONG. As I told Myra, it was like three times of the distance from Grade 6 classroom to the elevator, but I was wrong--it was like three times from the Guidance Room to the Elevator (just straighten the line). I lined up for 1 hour and 15 minutes before I got my ticket. I thought that they will allow my Smart Rewards, but then I still have to scan it at the other cinema, so instead of lining up again, I just paid 230PHP. I didn't want my 1 hour and 15 minutes to be a total-waste-of-time-and-patience-and-temper-and-everything. What's a bonus is that, I get to see Kris Aquino's face! I knew that they'll be watching The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin at Megamall at 3PM, so yeah, that was one of my objectives. I wasn't able to see others because people were shouting and all.
At 3:45, I lined-up again so I can enter Cinema 4. It was so long too, like thrice the distance from Grade 7 room to the Computer Lab in MITIS. I was expecting to have my 4PM screening, but because they have already asked people to enter the movie house even before I lined up, my screening was moved to 6PM. Thanks for keeping me alive and kicking, Athena (and partly, EJ).
Before 6, I was able to enter the cinema house, and what's so priceless is the feeling of sitting down, knowing the fact that I stood up for hours and knowing that this movie is a standing room, meaning, people sit down the stairs just to watch. Does that make your 230PHP worth it? So yeah, the camera started rolling. I definitely enjoyed the movie. I kept laughing the whole time, even if I was alone, and there were two strangers on my left and right, eventually with partners. HAHA.
At 8PM, I headed to SM Megamall Fashion something wing (Idrk what it's called). I wanted to visit Uniqlo and F21, but I don't have time anymore since it's getting late, but Megamall closes at 11PM, so I felt secured. I just went inside H&M. The first and second floors are for women and kids, while 1/2 of the 3rd floor is for men. Their clothes are just so amazing, and your wallet will also utter amazing because of their undeniably expensive prices. I only bought a shirt, which I will wear on 010315 (quiet first k? HAHA).
IT WAS A TIRING YET FUN AND FULFILLING DAY.
Here are the photos I took from yesterday's lakad.

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
It's better late than never--MERRY CHRISTMAS, PEOPLE.
Christmases don't have to be grand nor extravagant; what matters is that you know the true reason of the celebration--sharing, giving, forgiving, loving, HIS birthday--and you feel that pure happiness (and pure awesomeness? Right, EJ HAHAHAHA) this season has to offer.
And as a little gift, I'm sharing with you a performance of The Voice US 7 coaches, who are Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams, belting out Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWPIZXpHMBo.

Nostalgia
122614
It was the perfect time to take a step back in to the past. Few days and we're bidding goodbye to 2014.
I wasn't really thinking of that when I browsed my Facebook timeline. I just browsed because I'm bored. Emotions were really mixed--I was surprised, delighted, etc.
A. I saw birthday greetings (from this year and last year, so technically, it was a major retrospect). I was so ashamed of myself for not even liking some posts, most especially 2013 greetings, so I took a "leap of faith" and like those. HAHAHA!
B. Throwback photos! This what made my day extra nostalgic. I saw our photos when we were in Grade 4 and 5. It felt like heaven to read the threads of comments my classmates in Grade 4 and 5 shared to each other--some were jealous for not being tagged for a "reunion," which hasn't happened until this second. [And I was talking with Essie and Kaila about this last Dec. 25. HOW I MISS THEM! <3 HAHAHA! Essie, don't forget my An Abundance of Katherines by John Green, k? Joke. HAHA!] I feel like I'm a disappointment because because of me, that reunion hasn't happened. I'm always not available (too busy, as if I'm a celebrity, but it is not only them who can be one :p), or if I'm available, they're not. Our schedules simply don't match. I miss these bunch of crazy but truly true friends.
That's it. It might look plain for you, but it really made my 26 special. And oh, a month after my birthday. I'm [exactly] 14 years, 1 month old. HIHI

Thoughts at 11:51 PM, 21 Dec 14
What happens when you're lost in the dark?
What happens when you fear oblivion, but you know you're there, stuck and can't do anything?
What happens when light, which what you all need, doesn't shine upon you?
Too many questions, so much affection, no tangible answer.
Reciprocation
"I do what I do because I want to do it." (Quora User, 4 March 2013)
Should you expect something in return? How will it feel if a person doesn't seem to value or reciprocate the way you treat him / her? Will you continue to be nice, or just throw him / her out of your life / treat that person coldly?
Always remember that you have no control of other's actions. It's their choice if they'll treat you the same way you treat them, and it's dependent on you if you will treat a person nicely / rudely. Remember that what you feel may not be the same with others, so you shouldn't expect to be given the same treatment. At the end of the day, what matters is that you know you have expressed your sincerest thoughts on some things because that's the only thing you can control.
And it makes you one if you treat them rudely too because they do it to you. You've become one of them. Nothing's new, I can see. The power is in your hands. As long as you know you're good, go! You're not being selfish; you're just ensuring that you don't hurt anybody by your deeds.
If they're rude, be kind. If they're kind, be kind. That's the best revenge ever. At the end of the day, you know you did everything to make things closer or for a closure.
Christmas Realizations
While my apps are updating, I decided to update my blog.
Wee, it's almost Christmas. They say it's the most wonderful time of the year. Well, is it, really, in my opinion?
Well... What makes it wonderful is not just the gifts you receive or the food you eat, but is really pondering and thanking God for an eventful, stressful, joyous year he has given.
GOD,
THANKS FOR THE UNDYING SUPPORT AND LOVE MY FAMILY HAD, HAS, AND WILL OFFER ME.
THANKS FOR PROTECTING US FROM HARM AND HAZARDOUS EVENTS THAT STRUCK OTHERS.
THANKS FOR ENSURING OUR SAFETY AND SECURITY, MOST ESPECIALLY EVERY TIME I TRAVEL.
THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY REDUNDANT NIGHTLY AND EVERY-MORNING PRAYERS, AND FOR NOT BEING TIRED ON LENDING YOUR EARS.
THANKS FOR THE FRIENDS (CHEER UP, CHARLES. DEYM FEELS OF HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FRIENDS, PROBLEMS THAT ONLY I KNOW.).
THANKS FOR MY EXCELLENT COACHES AT SCHOOL.
THANKS FOR SHOWERING ME WITH GOOD GRADES, AND I HOPE I CAN MAINTAIN THEM.
THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO SHOWCASE MY TALENT AND SHARE MY WISDOM WITH PEOPLE (If I have).
THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO IMPROVE MYSELF.
Most of the things I stated are big ideas, but surely, I am thankful of life's simple bliss. Merry Christmas! (Blog's 4+ months!!!)

To the Goddess of Wisdom
Paggawa mo ng tula'y 'wag mong tapusin
Talentado ka doon, katotohana'y 'wag mong alisin
Sumakit man ang iyong katawan at ulo
Ako nandito pari't nagmamahal sa'yo.
Boom, Panes
Sa mga trip ko'y ika'y nakikisabay
Pakiramdam at pag-iisip ko iyong hinihimay
Utak ko'y iyong pinapagana
Kahit medyo hatinggabi na.
Salamat sa oras na iyong ipinagkaloob
Lahat sila sayo'y taob
Kahit minsan, tayo'y medyo sabog at sabaw
Kahit puso mo'y nayuyupi.
Buhay ko binigyan mo ng kulay
Napapatawa kung hitsura ko'y kasingpait ng gulay
Kaya heto, aking pagmamahal inaalay
Para sa mas masayahang samahan ako'y maging tulay.
Totoo nga naman kayhirap mong tantsahin
Awra't timpla mo, medyo mahirap basahin
Ngunit gagawa ako ng paraan
Para araw mo'y mapagaan.
Sa Hirap at Ginhawa
I have this recent dilemma wherein I doubt if I really have real friends. It bothers me to death. But I'm sure naman that I have friends, so those I consider one received this. Thanks to those who read it. :)

Ikaw ba'y nahihirapan?
Sa'kin 'wag itong pagtakpan
Alam mo namang ako'y mapagkakatiwalaan
Sasamahan ka sa iyong mga laban
At aking oras buong pusong ilalaan
Pasensya mo'y lalong taasan
Dahil kahit gaano 'yan kahirap, ating malalampasan
At sana sa aking munting presensya, pakiramdam mo'y gumaan
Laging nasa tabi mo, walang hanggan.

BOILING POINT
Or masyado ba 'yung term na dump?
At, in return parang 3rd Law of Motion, masasaktan ka ring nakikitang naghihirap siya?
ANG PAGBABALIK [ALINDOG]
Masyado ka ng maraming naramdamang ganito kaya ang bilis, bilis mong makabangon. Espiritu.

Two songs have been playing in mind for a couple of days now: Spark the Fire by Gwen Stefani and Blank Space by Taylor Swift.
BLANK SPACE by Taylor Swift

BLANK SPACE by Taylor Swift

[Verse 1]
Nice to meet you
Where you been?
I could show you incredible things
Magic, madness, heaven, sin
Saw you there and I thought oh my god
Look at that face, you look like my next mistake
Love's a game, wanna play
New money, suit and tie
I can read you like a magazine
Ain't it funny rumors fly
And I know you heard about me
So hey, let's be friends {FRIENDZONED <//3 HAHAHA}
I'm dying to see how this one ends
Grab your passport and my hand
I could make the bad guys good for a weekend {I COULD MAKE THE GOOD GIRLS BAD FOR A WEEKEND}
[Pre-Chorus]
So it's gonna be forever
Or it's gonna go down in flames
You can tell me when it's over
If the high was worth the pain
Got a long list of ex-lovers {GANDA NAMAN // I THOUGHT IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH STARBUCKS}
They'll tell you I'm insane {I AM.}
Cause you know I love the players
And you love the game
Nice to meet you
Where you been?
I could show you incredible things
Magic, madness, heaven, sin
Saw you there and I thought oh my god
Look at that face, you look like my next mistake

Cause you know I love the players
And you love the game
[Chorus]
Cause we're young and we're reckless
We'll take this way too far
It'll leave you breathless
Or with a nasty scar
Got a long list of ex-lovers
They'll tell you I'm insane
But I got a blank space baby
And I'll write your name
Cause we're young and we're reckless
We'll take this way too far
It'll leave you breathless
Or with a nasty scar
Got a long list of ex-lovers
They'll tell you I'm insane
But I got a blank space baby
And I'll write your name
[Verse 2]
Cherry lips
Crystal skies
I could show you incredible things
Stolen kisses, pretty lies
You're the king baby I'm your queen
Find out what you want
Be that girl for a month
But the worst is yet to come
Oh no
Screaming, crying, perfect storms
I could make all the tables turn
Rose garden filled with thorns
Keep you second guessing like oh my god
Who is she? I get drunk on jealousy
But you'll come back each time you leave
Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream
[Pre-Chorus]
So it's gonna be forever
Or it's gonna go down in flames
You can tell me when it's over
If the high was worth the pain
Got a long list of ex-lovers

SPARK THE FIRE by Gwen Stefani
I'm coming down, ooh, I had a blast
But you know what they say, the high will never last

Friend's Evaluation
How does a friend see me? First, I rated that person and told him/her his/her "flaws," and after, s/he did the same to me. So here are the points s/he mentioned.
GAY LINGO and KOREAN FANATICISM
I'm just thrilled with their language, okay? HAHAHA! And I don't see anything wrong with such naman. But this doesn't really express who I am, so I think I should lessen it. As what s/he said before, "...making yourself someone to look up to without having to base it on anyone else." I'm just really enjoying the music of Korea. And with the lingo, maybe because of the teachers' influence, but I don't see it negatively. It's like opening new doors to see a brighter light.
EASILY ANGERED / OFFENDED
The example s/he gave was actually the time when I was so stressed. Can't blame me tho. Most of the time, I think I'm not that easily offended. It was just that I'm so dizzy because of a lot of commitments.
COMPETITIVENESS
I am. I admit it. It's just that its feels different to bring home the bacon. At the same time, I'm not perfect. I know I can fall sometimes, and I'll make them as motivations nalang to rise again. As what Confucius said and is one of my favorite quotes, "The greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall."

Higher, Higher, Sexy, Higher, Pound the Alarm
Anyway, here's the real thing. It's been a while since I've updated my blog, but I think this is another sabaw update.
People have been describing me as "high" and "loko" lately. [The other description is not directly sent to me, but I've seen it, and I have verified it.] I don't really find it offensive. As a matter of fact, I'm flattered. I take it as a compliment. For me, it meant that "I am a good guy to be with / to hang-out with".
Two years ago during the Parent-Teacher Conferences, I was with my mom in getting my report card and talking to my adviser back then, T. Richmond, since we were required to come with our parent/s / guardian/s. I remembered him saying that, "Si Charles maingay 'yan pero ang maganda ay alam niya yung limitations niya at kung kailan siya titigil." [Charles is admittedly noisy, but he knows his limitations and when to stop.]
I personally believe that, yes, you can talk and be noisy, but you should also talk with sense and poise. And as what Ms. Anna told me, "you can be very noisy but not rowdy."
Science Project
DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A SABAW UPDATE!~
And I'm finally closing the blinds for our Science project! They're officially finished!~
T'was hard, really. Even if you think that a research and a poster arelame, they're still challenging.
RESEARCH
A. Reliability Issues - You don't know who to trust, nowadays (Ugh, this "friendship" dilemmas can still be applied here.)
B. Simplification of Terminologies - Too hard terms that you still have to break down...
POSTER
A. Adobe Photoshop - I'm not into that software. AND I'M NOT INTO ART.
And of course, the hardest of them all, theschematic diagram. I entrusted the task to Roda because, first, she has his dad who's very knowledgeable about all those; second, I just felt she has the ability. HAHA!
We thought the time won't be enough, but we were able to finish it from 10 AM - 6:30 AM. Almost 8 hours is so exhausting. HUHU TT_TT

You Don't Care About Me
No one really cares what I feel
They won't even mind if I fall
Is there such things as a 'real friend'
Well, I am looking for one
One who will never fail to brighten up my crappy day
With his / her simple deeds
One who will put up a healthy argument
But in the end, no one wins
One who will be there through thick and thin, ups and downs
And who'll not just be there where good times roll
But where art thou
Do you really exist
Who can be one
Because here, no one cares about me.

Teachers' Evaluation
Weeeeeee~!
Having these kinds of activities make me feel a bit sleepy because:
1. Things are just repeating. Same questions all over again, but different teachers. Things are just repeating. Same questions all over again, but different teachers. Things are just repeating. 2. Why do we have to put comments if we can't think of any because we see them flawlessly?
That's it for now. Such update, much wow. Three minutes before the time is legit, really legit.

The "Catastrophic" History of Music and I
I haven't updated my blog for a little while. I'm grateful that I see blogs as a past time / emotion-catcher / for fun, not a "requirement" for school [which was the reason of the creation of this page].
Anyway, just this afternoon, someone has made me realize something: to like rock-ish music even better. This person made me listen to All Time Low, which is to be honest, infamous for me [I've heard this from this person only]. I was hooked with the band's songs, and listen through almost 15+ of them.
I am known to have a kind of music that is IN / trending / famous, but this person has made me dig deeper through the music industry. My music, frankly, was sung by mostly, girls , because I like the way they sounded. I am not into those songs-with-an-emo-beat because I think I'm so outgoing that the kind of music I like should something that can make me move and dance.
Try listening to some of these songs [captured from my laptop's history, that's why it's the "catastrophic history," since it's a disaster that brought a massive change to my taste of music].

Poem #1
Finally, I can post this (I was planning to before). If there are errors with the spelling, it was Roda who typed this, but I made this for our Science Group Work. :)
And the moment has came
To introduce ourselves and gain fame
Never in our wildest dreams we'll reunite
But woah, we guess our bonding is just tight.
This quarter is our last
To be with Sir Richmond, that's sad
We'll be making the most out of this
Tackling Astronomy that we miss.
By the way, we are the Rocketeers
Who'll fly high to reach the sky we would want to kiss
As high as the rocket we'll travel
No matter if our opponents will throw marble.
Don't you underestimate our capacity
It's as wide as Sir Richmond's sexy tummy
We'll make you suffer for the second time around
We'll put you and your works all around.
We will rock the stage today
Tom will spike the volleyball and play
Jane will kick you all the way
While Roda and Charles talk all the way.
We are the Rock It!-Terrific
We'll admit that it sounds like Scienterrific
We'll make sure we'll make a change and not be static
This is our version 2.0
We'll give you a fight not as soft as a mallow
We're bigger, bolder,brighter, and braver
We'll perform as fast as Viber
But we aren't here just to fight
We're also here to fly those kites
Those kites that carry our dream
To be one of the bests and proudly sing the MITIS Hymn
And the moment has came
To introduce ourselves and gain fame
Never in our wildest dreams we'll reunite
But woah, we guess our bonding is just tight.
This quarter is our last
To be with Sir Richmond, that's sad

A SWEET Day with Watthead - #FieldTrip2014 Diary
FAR FROM EXPECTATIONS.
That fragment summarizes everything we had yesterday, November 21, at our #FieldTrip2014. The title of this article, uhm, might give you an instinct that everything had been so sweet. Let us just see.
DEPARTURE FROM MITIS GOING TO SWEET FIELD TRIP, TAYTAY, RIZAL
It was already a morning full of fun. I always expected that bus rides will be the highlight of each trip because that will be the time that you can bond with everybody. And I wasn't wrong with that. It's so early, but the bus was already so active (wait in the evening)! We had this morning exercise, and everybody that were asked to dance in front danced, including I, who was called by Ms. Armie to dance with her. HAHA! I was still so easy and tamed during those times (until...).
The way we took was a bit familiar to me: Skyway, Magallanes, Ayala, Buendia, Guadalupe, Boni, Shaw Blvd., Ortigas, until it changed, and I don't know them anymore (from Robinsons Galleria, we went to Pasig-Rizal boundary).
Our bus was "star-studded." We had Allan (K.) and Lorna (Tolentino) with us! HAHAHAHA! Char. We learned some trivia from our tour guide (I forgot her name). 1st: SM Megamall is now the biggest mall in the Philippines, followed by SM North EDSA and SM Mall of Asia (I thought it's still SMNE). 2nd: There are no Mercury Drugs store inside SM malls because before, Mercury Drug's guard didn't allow Henry Sy to sell shoes in front of the store (very good observation, Miss). 3rd: The first SM mall was in Carriedo, but today, it is just the stock room.
Anyway, we had lots of stop-over because the kids keep peeing, and some vomited. Awwww. Poor kids. [But knowing the idea that we will be with them inside the bus is already exciting, to be honest. Even if some classmates have doubts about it, still, I enjoyed being with the kids. π Plus tha fact that the "closest teachers" to me are there. Hihi.]
SWEET FIELD TRIP, TAYTAY, RIZAL
We arrived later than the expected time of arrival, but then, it seemed like it was okay because we even waited for the program to start.
To be honest, this site was so kid-ish. All I thought (based on Sir Pierre's story) that we will eat sweets. Well, yeah, we did: small cuts of pastries. Hahaha! T'was good, but I didn't buy because I know that I can look for them here in Manila. [I'm being bad. HAHAHA] It was a dull moment: from the JC Jem's Tour to the Bakerie Tour to the Puppet Show to the Pizza-Making Demo and to the Larong Lahi. In the JC Jem's, I was amazed with how they made all those wonderful decorations using bare hands! It was reasonable that they didn't allow us to take pictures (because we might reproduce those, according to them; similar with Peter Van Houten's response to Hazel Garce's e-mail to her about what happened on An Imperial Affliction---I'm applying The Fault in Our Stars here!!!) I really thought we will be eating a lot, but nah. As what Miss Yo said, we're too old for those [but we have to face our obligations].
WALLY WATTHEAD AND HIS LOST GLOW AT THE PETA THEATRE
Waiting for 1 1/2 hour is so...un-fabulous! We arrived here at 1:30, but our screening starts at 3! Sadly, we can't go anywhere since the itinerary that Sir Pierre prepared only mentioned two spots [but I think, there could be immediate changes with that]. I kept telling myself these times that I was so, very bored! We were hoping that the play will be worth it (because the Sweet Field Trip wasn't, to be honest).
After, we entered and got a tolerable spot. I was asking Athena on what was funny because the people were laughing at Watthead's deeds. I was amazed with how fast Watthead moved, not with the magic. [I personally turn down magic; for me, it's all with the speed and with the hands.]
We were so disappointed because Watthead was so pa-VIP. We weren't able to have a photo with him.
TRAVELLING BACK TO MITIS
It wasn't a blast-ful day, actually. The field trips before were even better. Those were our sentiments.
This was the "eating peak of Grade 8." We started eating chips and devouring them like there's no tomorrow.
But the boredom changed when the tour guide gave us glow sticks, a good beat of music, and a dark bus. WE STARTED PARTYING! That was indeed the best part of the trip. I was so overwhelmed with the support of the teachers and the kids, who even went at the back to really feel the vibes. I also have to admit that I was the wildest last night. We kept on pushing each other very bad while the bus was in slow motion because of the traffic. Everybody was shouting the words PARTY PARTY! Even commuters on the other lane saw us, and were laughing and dancing also! Hahaha! Indeed the best part of the trip [which gave me a headache and painful throat]. :)

We asked Tom for a picture~ I kept asking me if he's enjoy, then he smirks and say "Yes." Okay! HAHAHA
RAPHAEL!!! πππ
Going around Sweet [looking for souvenirs]
While Laro ng Lahi was taking place, let us take a selfie
Athena, RC (I hope you can see him in this photo) look so bored [but yeah, we are].

Birthday Buddies and Freebies
Since my birthday is approaching, I'm gonna list the things I wanna have. Gosh, promise, last entry for tonight / today.
A. Backpack - I don't like my current one, but one will be arriving from the West soon.
B. Shoes - I think something will also arrive.
...and the greatest of all
C. Starbucks Planner 2015 - I'm still uncertain if I'll push to buy. I badly want it, but I don't really need it that much. Needs Vs. Wants. HAHA. It's just so...expensive. There are a lot of inexpensive planners there that could be better than that, but what can be better with SB Planner? What? What? What? I don't know anything. But I have established that I'll put the money for something better.
Plus, lots of events this November. 1. Ternate Getaway -on the rocks 2. Fun(?) Run - How can you have fun if it will just exhaust you? Eh. It can be fun for others though. I'll definitely join because of the T-Shirt and the experience. First in my existence. 3. Field Trip - Yes! We're with the lower and middle grades! Wherever we will go, I think I'll enjoy because for me, people in the lower graders are much cooler. A part of that judgment is that, first, I've been with them for 3 field trips and have observed how much fun this trip can give; second, I've never fully interacted with upper graders. That's a bit parallel with the first statement, ha.

Dreams, Dreams
It's 2. It isn't cool since nothing's new. Facebook feed is just the same. Tweets on my feed aretrashy, I think (I have to un-follow a bunch of people; oh why did I follow those celebs?). I've nearly watched all the videos of this gag show. And now, I feel like updating my blog.
Last time, which feels like a long time ago since I don't remember the exact date, Miss Yo asked us, "What are you enjoying to do?" and she tried relating that to a profession that can suit us in the future. One said that she enjoys reviewing. HOW? How can you enjoy stressing yourself out? HAHA. Others, on the other hand, face confusion. One doesn't know which should he prioritize: being a businessman, scientist, or an artist (I think since I saw his blog couple of minutes ago). Others, on the other hand, have definite goals in their existence. One said he would want to be a basketball player. Sosyal, isn't? For the rest, I don't remember since I'm so stressed these past few days.
Personally, as what I shared with the class, I enjoy doing some things, but after some time, I get messed up and don't show interest in finishing them. Well, this doesn't apply to everything that I do. But what do I really want to be in the future? What is the purpose of my existence? As what I've seen couple of weeks ago, you shouldn't be remarked or remember because of your image but of your message. What do I want to send people? What do I want to tell them? This feels different; I am thinking of something futuristic.
I have established, or had, perhaps, myself as a teacher. But, some say that I shouldn't take it because it is not-so-profitable. But am I after money? Let's face it: money is important. It's hard to live without that. But as I said, am I after it? One way or another, yes. But I am also after the message that I am going to instill to those people that I will inspire. [Why do I claim that I'll inspire people? HAHA] I would want to be a teacher partly because of money, but most of all, it's my passion. I don't see myself to be anybody but a person who is inside a four-sided room with tables, chairs, boards, television sets, and lockers. Sounds so MIT-ish right? Why not? I would love to serve my alma mater. I want to experience the perks of being a teacher: staying up late because of preparing for my classes and going to school like a zombie who hasn't gotten any definite sleep, feel the appreciation of my students in different ways, and all. Of course, I want to share my little knowledge, which I hope I possess. Also, I want to know the different types of persons to their deepest and sincerest sense.
If I'll not be a teacher, I would want to be an actor / host /
Anyway, it's 3 AM. Less than 30 minutes for this entry is fair. Have a good mor-night sleep, blog readers and raiders. Too many to do still later: Science Long Exam!!!

The Incurable Optimist Who Will Continue Touching Lives
I wasn't able to share my thoughts of / for Dr. Santos since there were some changes made to shorten the program. So here's a short message for him.
//
Dr. Santos, to be honest, it's hard to imagine not having you in our everyday lives. Seeing you sitting in your chair downstairs completed our days before. It's hard to imagine that we won't be hearing any wisdom you would wish to share.
Without you, I won't be here, standing in front of you. Thank you for believing in my capabilities as a student. The opportunity you gave me has opened doors to even brighter chances and I hope, a fruitful future. I'm very grateful that you have entrusted a big challenge to me. Because of that, I continue to be a better version of myself.
You had improved the way we think and see things in different perspectives. I will never forget the things you would always tell us, that "MITIS students are smart and good," and "MITIS students do not lie, cheat, steal, nor tolerate anyone among us who do so." You also taught us how to be religious and god-fearing. I remember a moment when a student asked you what book is the best to read, and you immediately responded and said, "The Bible." I hope, one way or another, we made you proud as we exhibited and will continue to exhibit those teachings.
You're the most approachable principal I'd ever known. You are there to share your knowledge with everybody by willingly answering our questions to you. You always welcomed your students even if you h at ad a busy schedule. You always made sure that students' concerns were resolved immediately.
Also, you helped us improve the way we see ourselves. You would always compliment our batch. One time, when we were in Grade 6, you used to tell us that we are one of your favorite batch. And just last month, which was also the last we saw you, you congratulated us and told us that we were really good in delivering our presentation for the United Nations General Assembly. This boosted our self-esteem and realized that a lot of people appreciated what we were doing, including you, Sir. Thank you for making us believe in ourselves, Doc.
Your life is an inspiration to all of us. You are an evidence that despite all those failures and hardships, you can still succeed as long as you do not give up. You used to tell us that we should never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever give up. And that's what we are doing.
You might not be with us physically, but we will remember all the moments you shared with all of us. We will treasure all those interviews that you entertained. We will not forget to remember all the pieces of advice you told us. We will forever remind ourselves that we should believe in ourselves because Dr. Santos did believe in us. We will continue your dream for MITIS to be one of the best educational institutions in the 21st century. And we ask you to guide us for the journey that we will take to achieve these dreams.
Meeting you is one of the priceless moments in my life. Thank you very much, Doc. You will forever be in our hearts.

For today's celebration of Doc's life, legacy, wisdom, and incurable optimism, I thought I wouldn't cry because during the announcement and the wake, I didn't. But things changes when Nikki talked. I remembered Dr. Santos so deeply and was moved on Nikki's speech, perhaps. It wasn't really a long tearful moment; I just got teary-eyed and an icebreaker enters and laughs. But with the succeeding speeches, I already cried a bit. DOC, YOU MADE ME CRY TODAY. HAHA Even if the teachers were already singing, I was still crying. A sign that I will cry is that before that thing happens, I get goosebumps. Hay.
I'll miss you, Doc. Your wisdom will forever be instilled in my heart. And as what Ms. Mae said, "Who is the replacement for Dr. Santos?" is one of the most stupid questions ever asked. No one can replace the greatness and kind-heartedness of Dr. Santos. You will forever remain in my heart. π
